One of my readers at Uniport
sent me this news report some minutes ago, and I called some of my friends at
Uniport and they confirmed the news as authentic. According to the report,
students of the University of Port Harcourt are currently protesting the
alleged hike in their school fees.
The East
West road, report said, has been blocked by the students who are
demanding for a reduction in the ‘new amount’ they are to pay as school fees…
am trying to establish links with the SUG President or the SUG
PRO to get the position of the Student Union Government on this
issue
