Gist can reliably confirm to you that English club side Chelsea FC has signed ex-Atletico
Madrid striker Diego Costa. Chelsea completed the signing of Diego Costa today.
The Brazilian-born Spanish
international signed a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge to join the Jose
Mourinho's side after weeks and months of speculations.
Goal.com reports that Chelsea
paid the Spanish champion handsomely to secure the services of Diego Costa. We learnt
that ‘The Blues’ paid the Brazilian-born star's buyout clause, with the total
outlay around €44 million [£35m], including agents' fees. The 25-year-old's
contract at Stamford Bridge will net him €190,000 [£150,000] per week.
Wow! These stars are really balling! Congratz Chelsea. Next season is gonna be
superb in EPL!
