Ø Tell Me about Yourself
Mr. Tourism: Thank you. I am
Kelvin Brown Usiomon, 23years old from Edo state, Graduate from Madonna University,
studied Business Administration and Management, and presently Mr. Tourism
Nigeria King.
Ø How Did The Idea of Contesting for Mr.
Tourism Come?
Mr. Tourism: (Smiles). Okay I had
gone for Mr. Nigeria at heart. Which most of my friends knew about, and while I
was still considering, a friend of mine Mr.
Brickens draw my attention to Mr. Tourism Nigeria, and I did so that’s how.
Ø What Qualities Do You Think Helped You Win?
Mr. Tourism: I believed God would
do it. I am an optimist, I believe everything is possible, I worked hard for
it. Talking about quality, well been smart, good-looking, innovative are some
of the qualities.
Ø How Was Your Camping Experience During The Pageant?
Mr. Tourism: Hmmmmm, it was cool,
the contestants were cool too and friendly but trust me don’t want to
experience it again, we were pushed to the limit… constants work out. Training
sessions practice etc. sleeping late… I felt I pass out at some point lol, but
you know we kept going... I used to hate stress but Mr. Tourism Nigeria Camping
helped me a lot, now I can manage stress without breaking down
Ø Are You Currently Running Any Project?
Mr. Tourism: For my project yeah…I
will be starting something soon, still working on it.
Ø Who Are Your Role Models?
Mr. Tourism: My dad’s number one,
because he’s hard working and successful. I want to emulate and be greater than
him (ii) I love acting too, and in that field my role model is John Dumelo.
Ø How Are You Handling Fame With Your Private Life?
Mr. Tourism: Hmmm. The fame and
my private life are two different parts of me. Am Mr. Tourism Nigeria when I
have to be, and Kelvin, been me. No fame attached guess I can cope.
Ø What is Your Definition of a Perfect Relationship?
Mr. Tourism: Wow!! Okay to me a
perfect relationship is a faithful relationship, one without decent, one where
both couples understand, love and care for themselves. One both let God lead
their relationship- trust me that relationship is perfect.
Ø What Qualities Attract You to a Woman?
Mr. Tourism: Heheheheh
chuckle’s!! Honestly?? Everyone likes a
good looking lady, for me, not just good looking but her character matters a
lot. A lady might be good looking but gives you no peace of mind, hmmm, plus I love chubby girls.
Ø Does Your Family Support Your Modeling?
Mr. Tourism: Yes they do. They
supported me all through my contest; I have bigger dreams so this modeling
platform is just a stepping stone.
Ø Finally Any Advice to Youths on Courtship?
Mr. Tourism: Smiles... Okay for
the single youths... Don’t rush, when you arrive you will know, for those
involved, love is key.
