Beauty Queen Aniebiet Umanah Opens up on Allegations of Models Sleeping Their Way to Get The Crowns

This issue of Models and Beauty Queens allegedly involving themselves in sexual immoralities just to get a crown is really gathering momentum. It’s seems damsels are indeed divided on this controversial issue? Lol! Yah! I said so because many of them have privately told me at several occasions, their experiences in the hands of these randy male Pageant organizers, who insisted on ‘screwing’ them before landing them any mouth watering modeling deal or pageant opportunity; while some have equally described it as a minority view; insisting that no damsel deserves the crown if men see their pants in the course of getting the crowns…lol!

In an exclusive interview with Trendy GIST, Current Face of Rhodies World 6, Ambassador Aniebiet Umanah opens up on her childhood experience, modeling and on the same allegations of models sleeping their ways to get the crown. The pretty damsel who said Annie Idibia is her role model, also hinted on the challenges she encountered on the road to fame, recognition and honour.

On Her Childhood Experience & How She Joined Modeling

I would say my childhood experience was awesome, since I am the last child in my family. I grew up in the midst of my siblings and that was a big plus for me because I was properly cared for by my parents. Then, I have always wished to become a model from childhood and thanks to God that my dream has started becoming a reality.

When Rhodies World called me to congratulate me officially as the winner of the contest, I was so excited, right then, I felt like a Queen which I am, but, I wasn’t really surprised because based on the fact that my fans voted tirelessly for me. And since the contest was on-line, everything was displayed on their website for everyone to see so I got also to see my result and that of other contestants too.

On if She Agrees Models Sleep their Way to Get the Crown

No! No! No! That is not true. When you know who you are and what you can do, and then you excel greatly. No one needs to sleep with anyone to get her crown. Just that many people think that’s how it’s done but that’s a big lie.

Face of Rhodies made us believe that there are still contests that are free and fair. So I think I strongly disagree to that assumption because if you deserve the crown, you will get it.
